The Youth Club will meet over the summer break for informal activities. If you are in P7, S1 or S2, and fancy coming along, please do so. Or if you would like further details, please send me an e-mail or call me anytime.

Sunday 3rd August, 7.00 - 9.00 pm. Girlie Night at the church halls. No charge. We have a couple of beauticians coming along to do mini-facials, file and polishes on nails and Virgin Vie make-up will be available to practise with. Please bring along your own nail polish.

Sunday 17th August. Details and permission slips to be handed out at the Beanscene on July 20th for a ‘swim’ trip to Craig Tara Holiday Park. If you’re not able to get along to the Beanscene or if I haven’t got a form to you, please be in touch.

Sunday 24th August, 7.00 - 9.00 pm. Youth Club returns. Alloway Church Halls complex.

The first readings of the pantomime, “Hansel and Gretel” have gone very well. Rachael Bamford is delighted to work with such talented young people. Rehearsals continue on a Wednesday evening from 7.00 - 9.00 pm. If you volunteered any costumes to the panto, please bring them along. The dates of the show will be Thursday 25th and Friday 26th September. Further details and ticket availability will be given shortly. Due to the maintenance of the church hall floors there will be NO REHEARSAL on Wednesday 23rd July, however, Hansel and Gretel have a short rehearsal in the hall lounge on Friday 25th July, 6.00 - 7.00 pm.

The Summer Holiday Club is in the planning. This year “Champions Challenge” will be for all primary aged children. Monday 11th to Friday 15th August, 10.00 - 11.45 am in the Church Halls. There will be crafts, games, songs, DVDs, fun and challenges. Initial registration forms are available from Tracy on 443479. A further, more detailed registration form will be completed by parents/carers on Monday 11th, when the £3.00 fee will be due. Everyone who has volunteered to help in any way, please note that we are getting together on the Sunday evening before the club at 7.00 pm to finalise jobs and activities.
